Steps to Login LiteBlue USPS
Getting into LiteBlue is quick and easy once you’ve set up your Self-Service Profile (SSP). Simply head over to the official LiteBlue USPS login page at liteblue.usps.gov for a secure login.
Enter your USPS Employee ID, which you received when you first joined the company.
Type in your USPS Self-Service Password (SSP). If you’re new to this, you’ll need to create an SSP, which gives you access to all USPS self-service tools.
Finally, click the “Sign In” button to open your dashboard, where you can explore a range of USPS services and resources.
All USPS employees must have multifactor authentication (MFA) enabled to access LiteBlue and their Self-Service Profile.
On August 29, USPS will retire the email multifactor security method. Employees who use this method are advised to choose a different option.

Why am I seeing the error message ‘Problem Signing In? Click Password Recovery to reset your password when trying to log in to LiteBlue.
For Existing MFA Users: If you’ve already set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), visit the Password Recovery link and follow the provided instructions.
Temporary Password: If you’ve requested a new password, check your email for a message containing a temporary password.
New Employees: If you’re new, refer to the “Action Required: USPS Onboarding Instructions” email. Click on the link provided in that email to set up MFA for LiteBlue.
Start by visiting the Self-Service Profile to set up a new password.
Choose the ‘Forgot Password’ option and enter your Employee Identification Number for verification.
After verification, you will be redirected to another page.
You must enter and confirm your new password.
Select security questions that best fit your profile and answer them.
Confirm your email address. You can skip adding your email, but ensure all details are correct before proceeding.
Review all details for accuracy and then submit.
After these steps, your new USPS LITEBLUE web portal account will be successfully created.
